As a Kitchen Designer, you will help customers envision their dream kitchens, working with your consultative techniques to close sales effectively. Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products, along with a familiarity with our design systems, will elevate your impact in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets to contribute to department goals
• Engage with customers using the 20/20 design software
• Provide tailored product options and quotations
• Offer assistance on related departments and installation
• Follow up on quotes to maximize sales
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years in a sales-focused setting
• Availability for flexible work hours, including weekends
• Strong communication and mathematics abilities
• Understanding of construction and ability to read plans
• Proficient with kitchen cabinetry and design software
