Key Responsibilities:

• Offer knowledgeable product support to customers

• Address inquiries through various channels professionally

• Create small order quotations quickly for urgent jobs

• Ensure customer orders are accurately picked and verified

• Support warehouse operations as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in wholesale sales or customer service

• Local HVAC and plumbing knowledge is advantageous

• Competency with Microsoft Office and AS400 is preferred

• Strong professional communication abilities
