Sales Coordinator Harvey and Company is a subsidiary of the Pike Group dealership locations throughout Newfoundland & Labrador. We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with the Director Of Sales Operations this position is dynamic and ever changing and requires a highly skilled, motivated, detail orientated and energetic individual. The ideal candidate would be able to think on their feet and easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment. The Sales Coordinator is a vital member of the team and is responsible for supporting the sales team in many varied capacities while at the same time helping to achieve sales growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Working closely with the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Personnel.
Drafting Purchase Orders for all equipment ordered
Ensuring received equipment arrives as ordered
Ensuring invoices match quoted price.
Claiming for damage to units arriving at the site
Ensuring keys for all units are stored properly and all accounted for properly.
Arranging transportation of equipment for delivery to customers and from suppliers.
Ensure new equipment is stored properly and equipment attached to each unit.
Ensure Parts for new equipment are clearly marked and stored in proper location.
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including the date, time, location, and equipment delivered.
Ensure all items are invoiced in a timely manner.
Ensure proper and prompt preparation of cost sheets
Providing exceptional customer service
Ordering New Equipment under the direction of the Director Of Sales
Working closely with auditors to verify accurate floor plan accountability.
Arranging all logistical matters involved with staff training and accommodations.
Responsible for the Registration, Set up/Tear Down, of All Trade Shows.
Ensuring All units are clean and ready to deliver to customers.
Ensuring cost sheets are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Other duties are required
Qualifications
Previous experience would be an asset
High level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel required
Knowledge of industry would be an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Strong problem solving and listening skills
Strong sense of urgency
Commitment to ongoing sales training
Ability to work independently
Strong in time management; sets and meets priorities and long-term goals
Must be able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
