Join Citadelis as a B2B Account Executive focused on expanding our client base in the cybersecurity space. This role is key to driving growth while managing a thriving sales pipeline across Canada.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this individual contributor role requires mastery in running the full sales cycle, collaborating closely with the CTO and sales team. You will leverage your experience targeting professional services firms to deliver high-value contracts and own a personal quota for new business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation
• Conduct outbound outreach using Linked In Sales Navigator
• Convert leads from referral sources into paying clients
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline discipline
• Contribute to development of sales playbooks for future hires
Requirements:
• 4–7 years of track record in B2B sales
• Experience with IT services, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions
• Skilled at managing complex sales with executive-level clients
• Strong self-starter with proven prospecting abilities
• Ownership mindset and capability in high-growth settings
