Drive cannabis sales with Kindred Partners as a Sales Manager, focusing on Atlantic Canada. Use your sales skills to enhance brand visibility and deliver exceptional customer service.
As a full-time Territory Manager, you will be a key player in the cannabis market across Newfoundland, PEI, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. This role involves executing territory management from St. John's by emphasizing tele-sales and personal interactions to achieve brand objectives and customer satisfaction through training and marketing knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of territory management
• Strategically plan for quotas and distributions
• Foster long-term relationships with clients
• Execute company sales methodologies effectively
• Monitor competition and recommend enhancements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least three years of FMCG sales experience
• Proficient organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of cannabis industry and MS Office proficiency
