Kitchen Sales Support Specialist Position

Join our Installation Services team as a Kitchen Sales Support Specialist. Collaborate directly with sales representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance sales potential, Monday to Friday with some weekends.

This role is critical for understanding customer projects and translating their needs into appropriate solutions. You will engage directly with clients, assist in resolving any concerns, and contribute to building strong business relationships. Documenting interactions in our CRM system is key to maintaining efficiency and continuity within customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer engagement and sales via product knowledge

• Work with sales team for potential growth insights

• Clarify customers’ needs to provide best solutions

• Prepare and manage estimates and installation agreements

• Maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Strong customer service background

• Capable problem solver in fast-paced settings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, with a knack for handling multiple tasks

• Knowledge of building materials preferred
