Sales Coordinator

Harvey and Company is a subsidiary of the Pike Group dealership locations throughout Newfoundland & Labrador.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Working closely with the Director Of Sales Operations this position is dynamic and ever changing and requires a highly skilled, motivated, detail orientated and energetic individual.
The ideal candidate would be able to think on their feet and easily adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
The Sales Coordinator is a vital member of the team and is responsible for supporting the sales team in many varied capacities while at the same time helping to achieve sales growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Director of Sales Operations and Sales Personnel.
  • Drafting Purchase Orders for all equipment ordered
  • Ensuring received equipment arrives as ordered
  • Ensuring invoices match quoted price.
  • Claiming for damage to units arriving at the site
  • Ensuring keys for all units are stored properly and all accounted for properly.
  • Arranging transportation of equipment for delivery to customers and from suppliers.
  • Ensure new equipment is stored properly and equipment  attached to each unit.
  • Ensure Parts for new equipment are clearly marked and stored in proper location.
  • Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including the date, time, location, and equipment delivered.
  • Ensure all items are invoiced in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper and prompt preparation of cost sheets
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Ordering New Equipment under the direction of the Director Of Sales
  • Working closely with auditors to verify accurate floor plan accountability.
  • Arranging all logistical matters involved with staff training and accommodations.
  • Responsible for the Registration, Set up/Tear Down, of All Trade Shows.
  • Ensuring All units are clean and ready to deliver to customers.
  • Ensuring cost sheets are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties are required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience would be an asset
  • High level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel required
  • Knowledge of industry would be an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Strong problem solving and listening skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Commitment to ongoing sales training
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong in time management; sets and meets priorities and long-term goals
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
