Be a part of Sansom Equipment's dynamic team in Mount Pearl as a Warehouse/Parts Representative. Engage with end-users to facilitate aftermarket parts sales and provide superior customer service.
This position focuses on developing our parts business and responding to customer inquiries promptly. Responsibilities include managing inventory efficiently, updating application software, and collaborating closely with clients to find solutions for their aftermarket needs. Excellent customer service is paramount for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to aftermarket parts business growth
• Promptly respond to phone and email inquiries
• Support software application updates and inventory tracking
• Conduct periodic inventory checks
• Work closely with clients for innovative solutions
Requirements:
• Parts or inventory control experience is an asset
• Strong mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and computer proficiency
• Holds a valid driver's license and able to travel for training
• Self-directed with a commitment to quality work
