Wajax is hiring an Inside Sales Representative who brings 2-3 years of experience in a sales support role. In this position, you will generate customer quotes, fulfill orders, and respond to inquiries, ensuring that every client receives the best solutions and support tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage daily customer quotes and orders

• Identify customer requirements to suggest suitable products

• Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling effectively

• Provide timely assistance to customers via phone and email

• Participate in after-hours sales support as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant college diploma

• 2-3 years of experience in sales support

• Knowledge of mechanical power transmission and hydraulic components

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Ability to engage in continuous product training
