In this Inside Sales role, you will be engaging with customers, generating quotes, and fulfilling orders. A solid background with 2–3 years in sales support, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, is essential. Knowledge of mechanical power transmission products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage daily customer quotes and orders

• Expedite orders and ensure timely customer responses

• Advise customers on product options and specifications

• Promote sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling

• Maintain communication with customers via various channels

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in sales support role

• College diploma is required

• Familiarity with bearings or hydraulic components is beneficial

• Microsoft Office proficiency is mandatory

• Engaged in ongoing product training
