Join a leading equipment dealer as a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator in Woodbridge, ON. Support sales operations through effective order processing and vendor communication.
This role involves coordinating and fulfilling equipment orders, maintaining precise inventory records, and liaising between Sales, Vendors, and Customers. Strong organization and customer service skills are essential to manage inquiries and keep all parties informed regarding order status. The position also requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate equipment orders with OEMs for customers
• Liaise between Sales Representatives and Vendors
• Maintain inventory records in the SILK system
• Verify purchase orders and process supplier invoices
• Communicate order status updates to Sales and Customers
Requirements:
• Experience in material handling or dealership environments preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to multitask and work independently
