As a Sea Logistics Sales Executive, you will take a strategic role in driving business growth within our sea logistics division. You will manage a portfolio of key accounts, lead complex negotiations, and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of logistics and a proven track record in customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet targets.
- Conduct customer visits, calls, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with operations to align solutions with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Ensure smooth customer transitions to operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of company products and services.
- Support RFQ, pricing, and handover processes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of field sales experience in sea logistics or sea logistics freight forwarding.
- Understanding of logistics processes and solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships.
