Role Description

This full-time, Territory Sales Manager role is in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory, including maintaining regular contact with hospitals, medical supply dealers, home health care providers, and pharmacies. Daily activities include prospecting new customers, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, and following up on leads and opportunities. The role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

The Territory Sales Manager will also provide product training to customers and internal teams, participate in trade shows or regional events, and prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and territory plans.

Qualifications
  • Must currently reside in Manitoba or Saskatchewan
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Sales experience, including territory management, account development, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Sales Management and Training abilities, such as coaching customers on product use, supporting internal sales initiatives, and leading product in-services.
  • Ability to present complex medical products clearly and confidently to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to effectively plan travel, prioritize accounts, and maintain accurate CRM and territory records.
  • Comfort working independently in the field, with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
