This full-time seasonal role places you at the center of operations within the Snow School. You will take charge of lesson bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and manage payment processes. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the Snow School Desk and manage cash balancing

• Book private and group lessons for skiing and snowboarding

• Process registrations and monitor lesson check-ins

• Communicate with instructors and other departments

• Maintain comprehensive records of bookings and transactions

Requirements:

• Experience in administration or guest services preferred

• Strong communication abilities in various formats

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Calm demeanor in busy settings

• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends
