In this role, you will manage the order process, providing accurate pricing and essential delivery details while entering quotations and sales orders promptly. Building and maintaining customer relationships via phone and email is key, as is promoting products to reach sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the order process with pricing offers and sourcing

• Enter quotations and orders into the system accurately

• Provide customers with delivery and inventory details

• Build relationships and cultivate new business opportunities

• Prepare quotes and process orders for outside sales

Requirements:

• Inside Sales experience in Plumbing & HVAC/R preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office; AS400 knowledge an asset

• Strong commitment to customer service

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Organized with effective prioritization and multitasking
