Become a part of Lids Sports Group's vibrant team as Sales Help, where your customer service skills shine. Guide customers in choosing from a wide array of sports-related products while ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
As a Sales Help in Indianapolis, your role centers around delivering the ultimate Lids experience to every customer. The position will require maintaining product displays, engaging with shoppers to assess their needs, and actively participating in inventory management. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets and contribute to a collaborative store atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance revenue through outstanding customer interaction
• Maintain visual presentation in line with company standards
• Manage merchandise shipment and inventory tasks
• Follow retail policies to protect company assets
• Execute additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
• Remain on feet and walk for extended periods
• Experience with computers and POS systems
• Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
