As an Inside Sales Representative, your role is to connect with customers directly through phone and email communications while processing various orders, inquiries, and quotations. This position is full-time and requires effective communication to service customers accurately and efficiently. You will confirm stock availability, suggest alternatives, and follow up on quotes to ensure customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Service diverse customers through phone and email
• Handle order processing and inquiry resolution daily
• Ensure stock availability and provide product alternatives
• Make follow-up calls for quotes provided
• Solicit additional business through outbound calls
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years experience in sales or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid multitasking abilities required
• Product knowledge of the electrical industry essential
• Experience with AS400 is a plus
