Lighting Specialists work closely with contractors to fully understand their projects' lighting needs. As knowledgeable sales professionals, they provide expert recommendations and solutions that help customers achieve successful project outcomes.

• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement, suggestive selling, and strong product knowledge.
• Identify, clarify, and understand customer needs to guide them toward the best product and project solutions.
• Expand sales by developing new contractor relationships and strengthening existing accounts.
• Prepare lighting designs for residential, custom, and commercial projects.
• Take initiative and confidently lead customer interactions from start to finish.
• Stay current on new products, industry trends, and market conditions.
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service.
• Resolve customer challenges quickly, effectively, and with a solutions-focused approach.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

• Strong background in sales and customer service.
• A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in interior design is considered an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of construction process is considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in French/English considered an asset.
