Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process daily orders and quotations accurately
• Verify stock levels and recommend alternatives
• Conduct outbound calls to boost sales opportunities
• Provide e-commerce assistance to customers
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in inside sales or customer service
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• AS400 knowledge is a plus
• Extensive product knowledge in electrical business required
