GHD is seeking an Intermediate Environmental Professional - Scientist or Engineer in St. John's, NL. This role focuses on Environmental Site Assessments and remediation projects while promoting sustainability.
Join GHD's Contaminated Site Assessment and Remediation team. You will leverage your experience in Phase I to IV ESAs, managing projects, and coordinating field activities like groundwater and soil sampling. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Phase I to IV Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
• Oversee excavation, drilling, and sampling activities
• Interact with clients and regulatory agencies
• Write technical reports for regulatory submissions
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in environmental consulting
• Solid understanding of environmental regulations
• Exceptional technical writing and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility for travel
