As a Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you will perform testing, diagnosing, and reconditioning of various heavy equipment in Central Newfoundland and St-John's. Vital skills include knowledge of electrical components and exceptional customer service. You will ensure quality workmanship while maintaining strong relationships with equipment owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and diagnose equipment servicing needs

• Communicate repair authorizations with customers

• Service equipment in-shop and on-site

• Recondition engine and hydraulic components

• Maintain service records and documentation

Requirements:

• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel for field work
