Motion is seeking a compassionate Service Technician to join our Ontario team. This role requires technical skills to troubleshoot and repair wheelchairs and mobility devices. You will engage directly with clients, traveling to various locations, and ensure that their equipment functions optimally for their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support
• Travel to clients' residences and community facilities
• Adapt to changing schedules to meet client needs
• Use diagnostic tools and power equipment effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and equipment repair
• Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Empathy and strong problem-solving skills
• Pass a criminal background check
