Black & McDonald seeks a motivated HVAC Service Technician, either a Journeyperson Air Conditioning Mechanic or a 4th Year Apprentice. In this role, you’ll service and maintain HVAC equipment while ensuring compliance with safety standards. You'll also engage in effective communication with clients regarding maintenance updates and service recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain diverse HVAC equipment

• Execute preventative maintenance and inspections applied to systems

• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

• Complete service reports and time entries with precision

• Adhere to company safety protocols and requirements
Requirements:

• Journeyperson Air Conditioning Mechanic or 4th Year Apprentice

• Must have HRAI ODP Certification

• Valid Class 5 driver's license needed

• Effective at troubleshooting mechanical problems

• Knowledge of DDC systems is beneficial
