Position: Full-Time Carpenter with Repair Focus
Location: Mount Pearl

Join us as a full-time Carpenter dedicated to building repairs and renovations in residential and commercial properties. On-call rotation must be part of your availability.

As a Carpenter in this full-time role, you will be responsible for all aspects of repair work. Your expertise will be key in ensuring that both residential homes and commercial establishments are maintained and improved. A clear driver’s abstract and a commitment to transparent conduct are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building repairs across various residential properties

• Manage renovation projects in commercial settings

• Participate in the on-call rotation for urgent repairs

• Maintain high standards in craftsmanship and service

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project scopes

Requirements:

• Clear Driver's Abstract as a basic requirement

• Transparent Code of Conduct for safety compliance

• Previous experience in insurance work preferred

• IICRC certification is advantageous but not necessary

• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving in carpentry
