Your role will encompass installation, maintenance, and safe execution of roofing tasks.

As part of Outcape, your experience will shine as you lead apprentices while supervising fellow tradespeople. You will focus on installing and repairing roofing systems like BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, and TPO while ensuring safety throughout the job site. Participation in safety meetings is essential, as is operating tools safely to improve work efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee apprentices and tradespersons in roofing tasks

• Install and maintain various roofing systems

• Use handheld tools safely and effectively

• Adhere to safe work practices on-site

• Participate actively in safety meetings

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of commercial roofing experience

• Ability to work at heights and outdoors

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes

• Knowledge of fall protection equipment
