Position: Labourer for GFL in St. John’s
Become a Labourer at GFL's St. John's, NL facility, focusing on hydro-excavation and truck maintenance. This evening shift role is vital for maintaining operational standards in our fleet.

GFL invites enthusiastic individuals to apply for an evening shift Labourer role, providing training and a chance to work with key utilities. Your duties will include high-pressure water flushing and assisting debris offloading, alongside ensuring safe equipment use and cleanliness. Participation in an on-call support schedule will also be a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate all equipment per GFL’s operational standards

• Conduct hydro-excavation for effective line repairs

• Flush sewer mains and clean catch basins

• Perform routine maintenance on vehicles

• Adhere to all safety operating procedures

Requirements:

• Flexibility for evening shifts (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

• Ability to lift equipment up to 50lbs

• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Capable of teamwork and independent work
