Location: St. John's

This role encompasses working independently on various BAS tasks. You will be responsible for programming, performing system startups, and delivering client training. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in this role, along with knowledge of electrical and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preventative maintenance on BAS systems
• Prepare and modify graphics interfaces as required
• Conduct point-to-point functional testing of systems
• Provide effective conflict resolution and client support
• Keep accurate records of all work conducted
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years in BAS service
• Relevant degree or technical certification preferable
• Familiarity with Wireshark and Electrical Code
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
