Position: GFL Labourer for Evening Operations
Take on a pivotal role as a Labourer at GFL, based in St. John’s, NL, focusing on evening operations for hydro-excavation and sewer maintenance. This position offers in-house training and a chance to develop your skills.

GFL is looking for motivated individuals to fill a Labourer position on evening shifts. Responsibilities will involve working with high-pressure water for hydro-excavation tasks, cleaning catch basins, and ensuring equipment operates according to company standards. Duties also include general vehicle maintenance and participating in an on-call support schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to meet GFL standards

• Conduct hydro-excavation for repairs to sewer systems

• Flush sewer lines effectively using high-pressure techniques

• Maintain and clean vehicles during shifts

• Follow all operational safety procedures

Requirements:

• Evening shift availability required

• Must lift weights up to 50lbs

• Strong ability to work in teams and independently

• Pass pre-employment drug screen

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
