Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a Land Transaction Coordinator to facilitate transactions while coordinating with all parties involved. The Transaction Coordinator will be working with team members within the office as well as outside vendors, Title Companies, and Relators. Daily tasks include tracking deadlines, communicating expectations, preparing, requesting and supplying documents while ensuring accuracy of information.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare, request and supply documents needed to ensure a comprehensive disposition process
- Make initial contact with buyer(s) and walk them through the closing process
- Track & confirm all parties adhere to contract deadlines
- Coordinate runner to confirm repairs, add/remove security, etc
- Summarize repair request, hand off to construction team, and confirm completion
- Ensure all required appliances are present and installed by deadlines
- Ensure properties have utilities/lawn care/insurance when applicable
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to leadership and key business partners
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data
- The work environment is representative of an office/field setting
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate
