Position:
Mailroom Associate
Location:
Stockbridge, GA
Pay Rate: $16.50/hr W2
Shift: Sunday – Thursday Nights, 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM (or until finish)
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages daily
- Operate automated MPS
40 mail sorting equipment efficiently - Scan priority, express, certified, and FEDEX packages as required
- Prepare outgoing mail and ensure timely mail-out processing
- Sort and stage completed lockbox batches into correct mail-out bins
- Monitor mail deliveries and courier pick-ups to ensure timeliness
- Research and resolve mailroom processing errors and rejects
- Maintain mail bins, labels, daily reports, and production records
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
- Support SLA goals by meeting strict production and mail-out deadlines
- Communicate with staff and management regarding service or processing issues
- Assist with training and cross-training team members as needed
