Reconstruction Project Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and people-focused Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team s role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building strong client and team relationships, and excels at coordinating multiple projects with a steady, methodical approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
- Serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout the project.
- Coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintaining detailed project documentation, including estimates, change orders, and progress updates.
- Supporting and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Qualifications include:
- Proven experience managing reconstruction or construction projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and team members.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of project management software and basic estimating tools preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
