Key responsibilities include:

• Managing reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget goals are met.
• Serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors, providing clear and empathetic communication throughout the project.
• Coordinating schedules, resources, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintaining detailed project documentation, including estimates, change orders, and progress updates.
• Supporting and mentoring team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications include:

• Proven experience managing reconstruction or construction projects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with clients and team members.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of project management software and basic estimating tools preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
