The Associate Dean, Academic Affairs at Chamberlain University provides academic leadership for nursing and health professions programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department. Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership for nursing and health professions programs within the Education, Training & E-Learning department
- Oversee curriculum quality, assessment, and continuous improvement to ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty to foster teaching excellence and student success
- Collaborate with deans, chairs, and university leaders on strategic planning and program growth
- Promote inclusive, student-centered learning environments aligned with Chamberlain's mission and culture
- Leverage data and academic metrics to guide decision-making and drive program outcomes
- Support innovation in online, hybrid, and experiential learning models
- Represent the college in academic committees, partnerships, and external accreditation activities
