Daycare Infant Teacher

- Support children's individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a satisfactory comprehensive background check (including fingerprinting) before working with children
- Must complete Georgia's 10-hour DECAL-required health and safety training before applying
- Must complete the state-required pre-service orientation before working alone with children
- Must obtain current pediatric CPR and First Aid certification within the first 45 days of employment (we help schedule this during your two weeks of onboarding)
- Must complete ongoing annual training hours as required by the state
- Must provide documentation of good physical and mental health to safely care for children
- One of the following is preferred: a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, a Technical College Certificate in ECE, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working with young children is strongly preferred, ideally with infants
- If Seeking Career Switchers: no prior experience required — training will be provided

Salary Range: $14.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule:
Various shifts between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; exact shift assigned once hired.
