- Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through service to sales, teller interactions, and appointment setting
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services
- Enhance existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones by understanding and addressing customers’ needs
- Deliver loan products while ensuring packages are correct and complete
- Make referrals and cross-sell banking products and services
- Educate customers on transaction-management technology and available resources
- Solve customer problems using product and service knowledge
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other routine transactions accurately and confidentially
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies
- NMLS License required
- 1+ years of previous banking and cash handling
- 1+ years of lending experience
- Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to uncover and provide solutions to meet customer needs
Current Notary Public Certification preferred - Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
Demonstrates expertise in retail banking products and services, with a strong focus on customer relationship management and problem-solving. Proficient in processing transactions and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
