Sky Care ABA is looking for an experienced and motivated BCBA to join our Stockbridge clinic as a Clinical Director.

Pay: $ - $ per year

Our Clinical Director is the clinical leader of the clinic. You will mentor and support BCBAs on‑site, guide clinical quality, and help build a strong, healthy team culture.

Important:
This role is focused on clinical leadership. We have an on‑site Operations Manager, so operational responsibilities do not fall on the Clinical Director.

• A strong clinician with excellent judgment and ethics
• A confident and supportive leader who can mentor other BCBAs
• Organized, professional, and consistent in expectations
• Passionate about helping clients and families succeed
• Interested in long‑term career growth and leadership development

Required:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong clinical and supervision experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience leading or mentoring other BCBAs
• Experience in clinic‑based ABA
• Prior experience as a Lead BCBA, Supervisor, or Clinical Director
