As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce diagnostic images, ensuring image quality and patient safety, and communicating results to physicians.

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures to patients, providing reassurance and support as required.
• Interpret doctors' written instructions accurately.
• Position patients appropriately to capture specific body areas.
• Operate computerized tomography equipment to acquire diagnostic images.
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal organs and tissues.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality.
• Follow radiation safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Use the McKesson PACS system.

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography.
• State-specific licensing when required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean or stoop for extended periods.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.
