Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Charge Nurse for day shifts (3 x 12-hour). You will oversee nursing care, coordinate patient flow and ensure adherence to standards of practice in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, implementing care plans, and maintaining accountability within organizational policies. Georgia RN licensure and BCLS are required; ACLS may be required for certain units.
