Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

$1860.48/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide expert care in the Labor and Delivery unit. This role involves performing clinical assessments, supporting mothers through labor, and ensuring safe delivery practices.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ conditions upon admission and develop care plans.
• Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs throughout labor.
• Assist with position changes, anesthesia administration, and delivery procedures.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and breastfeeding.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Georgia or Compact RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of obstetric and neonatal protocols.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Be fully compliant with healthcare facility onboarding and state licensing requirements.
