Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records.

Use excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

This is an in-person, patient-facing role. Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation. Shifts will be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours, with a typical work week being two or three weekdays and every other weekend. This position may require working on some major holidays.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license must be in good standing with no current or prior disciplinary actions. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with an expiration date at least 30 days past the start date. High School Diploma or GED required.
