Quality Assurance Supervisor (US-N)
The Quality Assurance Supervisor role has a national salary range of $55,000 – $90,000. For roles within California the range is $70,304 – $90,000, Washington $80,169 – $90,000, New York $62,354 – $90,000 and Colorado $57,500 – $90,000.

Job DescriptionSupervisor supporting a specific quality assurance program and quality control activities in support of site compliance with the DHL Quality Management System and customer and regulatory requirements. The position is a direct supervisor of hourly associates supporting quality activities.
Responsibilities- Supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of the overall quality system or a specific procedure, including management review, CAPA management, internal quality audits, quality self-assessments, change control, document control, and standard operating procedures/work instructions.
- Provides support on key regulatory, customer and third-party audits.
- Tracks, monitors, and reports quality assurance metrics for the site.
- Monitors the training and development of site associates to ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
- Serves as a customer point of contact for QA related issues/initiatives as assigned.
- Partners with QA management to develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.
- Meets regulatory requirements relevant to operations on a daily basis.
- Ensures customer service and business standards requirements are met daily.
- Plans, conducts, and acts upon inspection processes—Gemba, Standards Confirmation, etc., on a daily basis.
- Supervises, coaches, and trains hourly associates supporting quality assurance and control activities (e.g., Operators, QA Tech I, QA Tech II).
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- Some knowledge of QA, preferred.
- People management experience, preferred.
- Sufficient computer application experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Data analysis experience.
- Training and facilitation skills.
- Self-management.
