Outside Sales Professional

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes
  :
  Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation
  :
  Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition
  :
  Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal customers.
• Relationship Building
  :
  Build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning
  :
  Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
• Safety First
  :
  Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

• Training Salary
  : $3,000/month during training, with potential to earn commission thereafter.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods—travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
