New Home Sales Consultant

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a New Home Sales Consultant to drive sales in our thoughtfully designed single-family and townhome communities. In this fast-paced, entrepreneurial role, you'll guide buyers from first visit through closing, conducting model home tours, qualifying prospects, presenting pricing and contracts, and partnering with construction and mortgage teams to deliver an exceptional home buying experience. You'll manage leads in CRM, achieve monthly sales targets, and represent our quality, value, and customer-centric culture in the community every day.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective buyers through the new home sales process from first contact to closing
• Conduct model home tours and highlight community features and floor plans
• Qualify prospects, understand needs, and match buyers with appropriate homes and options
• Prepare and present pricing, contracts, and purchase agreements accurately
• Collaborate with construction, design, and mortgage partners to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Host community events, open houses, and outreach activities to drive traffic
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely communication throughout the build process
• Monitor local housing market trends, competitors, and inventory levels
• Ensure model homes and sales centers are presented to brand standards
