Job OverviewNewbrook Co of Georgia Inc is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Field Team Member to join our dynamic commercial millwork and interiors team. This is an opportunity for a mechanically inclined, self‑motivated individual who enjoys working with their hands and being part of a high‑performing crew. This role is perfect for someone who wants to contribute on the ground floor and travel to various project sites with the rest of the team.

- Assist with the installation of millwork and interior components at commercial job sites.
- Read and interpret basic construction drawings, specs, and technical documents.
- Operate hand tools and power tools with precision and safety.
- Travel to project sites and coordinate with team members for efficient job execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on‑site.
- Load, transport, and unload materials and tools as needed.
- Communicate clearly with the team, supervisors, and other trades.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Perform additional construction‑related tasks as assigned by supervisors.
- 2+ years of experience in a hands‑on trade or field construction role.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and technical documents.
- Ability to travel to job sites; must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Possess a personal set of hand tools appropriate for the trade.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a strong plus.
- Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and team‑first attitude.
- Must be comfortable working overtime and traveling with a field crew.
- No formal education required.
