Are you a hands‑on problem solver who takes pride in keeping a community running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and providing excellent service to residents.

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry
• Assist with apartment turns and make‑ready units
• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Respond to after‑hours emergency maintenance calls as part of the on‑call rotation
• Maintain curb appeal and help ensure the community is clean and well‑maintained
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• HVAC certification is a plus
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors as needed
