Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Contents Technician to join our growing Contents Division. The technician is responsible for packing, cleaning, inventorying, and moving personal property contents after damage to homes or businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack and move contents from homes or businesses after fire, water, or mold damage

Create detailed inventories of items, including condition and location

Clean and restore salvageable items using industry equipment and products

Photograph and label items for tracking

Assist with loading/unloading trucks and placing contents in storage

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Provide compassionate service to clients dealing with stressful situations

Follow all safety and company protocols

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly

Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including damaged or dirty homes

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and teamwork skills

Prior experience in contents restoration, moving, or cleaning is a plus
