We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Contents Technician to join our growing Contents Division. The technician is responsible for packing, cleaning, inventorying, and moving personal property contents after damage to homes or businesses.

• Pack and move contents from homes or businesses after fire, water, or mold damage
• Create detailed inventories of items, including condition and location
• Clean and restore salvageable items using industry equipment and products
• Photograph and label items for tracking
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and placing contents in storage
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Provide compassionate service to clients dealing with stressful situations
• Follow all safety and company protocols

High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license with clean driving record, ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, comfortable working in a variety of environments, including damaged or dirty homes, strong attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills. Prior experience in contents restoration, moving, or cleaning is a plus. Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour.
