Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct routine PMs, including oil changes, tire service, brake adjustments, and fluid checks on heavy-duty equipment;
Diagnostics & Inspections:
Assist senior technicians with DOT, OSHA, and safety inspections on engines, emissions, steering, and braking systems;
System Service:
Gain hands-on exposure to hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems under guided supervision;
Fleet Safety:
Perform test drives (if licensed) to verify repairs, diagnose minor malfunctions, and ensure vehicles meet strict safety standards;
Shop Operations:
Complete work orders, track parts inventory electronically, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
