We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Contents Technician to join our growing team. If you take pride in helping others, enjoy hands-on work, and have a strong attention to detail, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Contents Technician, you'll help protect and restore our customers' personal belongings following a property loss. Every day is different, and your work will have a direct impact on helping customers recover.

Responsibilities include:

• Carefully pack, inventory, and move contents from residential and commercial properties.
• Document and photograph customer belongings to ensure accurate tracking.
• Clean, deodorize, and restore salvageable contents using specialized equipment and techniques.
• Label, organize, and prepare items for secure transportation and storage.
• Load and unload company vehicles while handling customer belongings with care.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and compassionately with customers.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards on every job.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and with attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Comfortable working in homes and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, or storm damage.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Previous experience in restoration, moving, cleaning, warehouse, construction, or a related field is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person.
