Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the St. Ives Crossing property in Stockbridge, GA. You will support our residents by delivering on move-in readiness and timely service.
Responsibilities include painting, basic repairs, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, grounds upkeep, and ensuring safety and compliance. Strong customer focus and ability to follow safety policies are required, with EPA 608/CPO certification preferred.
