Carter’s Inc. in Stockbridge Distribution Center is seeking an Operations Trainer to lead on-the-job training for Material Handler, Picker/Packer, Shipper, Receiver, Lift Truck Driver, and Auditor roles while maintaining quality and safety.
You'll train new hires, provide feedback to supervisors, identify process gaps, and support department objectives. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work shifts up to 12 hours, and be flexible for overtime.
